"Down our Way"
Humanities Faculty presents “Down Our Way”
This September was our first Faculty Week. It was a great success! The whole school took part and created some fantastic pieces of learning for our end of week showcase.
The week consisted of a local visit where children got the chance to explore the local area with a particular focus. Within the week they took part in history, geography and RE lessons linked to their area of investigation. The week gave the children a chance to see a purpose for their learning and an audience as well.
We are really excited to see what our Citizenship faculty will come up with after Christmas, for our next Faculty Week.
